Simple & Superb Korean Spicy Cucumbers

This is extremely delicious, so I would really like you to try it!

Strike the cucumbers! Compared to when they're simply sliced, the flavors diffuse into them in a completely different way!

Make sure to let them rest in the fridge for no less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. 2Cucumbers
  2. 1 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  3. 1 tsp☆Gochujang
  4. 1 tsp☆Sugar
  5. 1☆Garlic (grated)
  6. 1 tspSesame oil (for finishing)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cucumbers and then strike them against the counter. Use your hands to break them into pieces. Don't use a knife! This is super important!

    Combine the ☆ ingredients.

    Put the cucumbers and ☆ ingredients into a plastic bag and massage the mixture into the cucumbers.

    Let it rest in the refrigerator while still in the bag for 20-30 minutes.

    Pour and massage in the sesame oil until it's completely coating the cucumbers, and enjoy.
