Cooking Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl & the wet ingridients in a seperate container then add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients & knead add little warm water not too much & knead very well.

Cut the dough into 8 or 10 pieces, scoop & mould then into round balls cover & allow them to rise then scoop the inside using your finger & fry in oil on low heat until golden brown.

At first I tried over and over to make them.They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine.If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour.
