Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2 teaspoonyeast
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. Halfcup warm water
  5. Halfteaspoon salt
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/4 cupor oil
  8. 1/3 cupplain yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine warm water yeast and sugar in a bowl,let it sit for five mins or bubbly,add oil, yogurt salt and 2 1/2 cups of flour,mix until smooth

    Add enough flour to make a soft dough,knead on a floured surface until smooth.

    Place the dough on a greased bowl,cover and let it rice until it double it’s size in a warm place.

    Cut the dough into 8 pieces on a floured surface and roll out each piece into a circle.

    Preheat a non stick pan on a medium heat,place each bread on the pan and cook for 2 - 3 mins or until bubbly,flip over and cook for another 2-3 mins.

    Brush the top of each naan bread with with melted butter,you can add garlic to the butter but it’s optional.

    You can also sprinkle some chopped pasley.

    Serve with curry,or any soup,i like mine with chicken danderu
