Avo and Poached Egg on Rye Bread Toast Avo and Poached Egg on Rye Bread Toast
I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that's it. No green veggies for today. Cindy C.R. -

Sunday Morning Milk Bread Sunday Morning Milk Bread
On weekdays we always eat rice and miso soup for breakfast, but on Sundays, when my husband isn't working, he always eats toast for breakfast. I used the bread maker to make the bread from scratch, too. My husband loves his scrambled egg toast so I wanted to introduce the recipe on Cookpad. The milk bread tastes so great because it contains a mixture of milk and skimmed milk powder. When baking the bread in the bread maker, add the egg mixture after it's been returned to room temperature. This will result in a smooth and fluffy loaf. You can make the scrambled eggs really quickly in the microwave and the grated cheese will lend it a nice kick!Toast to how you like. Chunky Bacon and Onion Cheese Bread Chunky Bacon and Onion Cheese Bread
The basic bread dough recipe that I used is. My husband likes this bread and requests it but since he eats too much, I only make it sometimes. I made it in a square tin this time, which gave it some impact.Adjust the amount of water based on the type of bread flour you use. The dough is quite soft so it's a little difficult to handle. I like to use as little extra flour as possible so if it sticks to the counter, I use a scraper to scraper it off and shape it with that. Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan -
3 Minute Bread Pudding (for breakfast and snacktime) 3 Minute Bread Pudding (for breakfast and snacktime)
When I was a university student, I would want to eat French toast for breakfast, but I didn't want to wash all the dishes and wanted to eat something quickly. So I tried microwaving it.... it became a bread pudding. My 2 year old daughter gobbles this right up. Please enjoy it together.I usually eyeball the ingredients and just tear the bread apart with my hands. The main point is to use a lot of milk.Adjust the amount of bread and cooking time based on your taste. If you have a strong wattage microwave (900 W etc.), it will be fluffy and gooey after just 2 minutes. Toasted Bread with Roasted Peppers and Anchovy Fillets Toasted Bread with Roasted Peppers and Anchovy Fillets
Yesterday I made roasted peppers in the air fryer and dressed them with olive oil, garlic, and basil. We had them for lunch. I usually make a little extra because they taste even better the next day.Today, I saw Teresa's recipe for crostoni with peppers, eggplant, and anchovy fillets on her profile, and I loved it. I made them for lunch as an appetizer, but my version doesn't include eggplant.I used delicious bread—a semi-whole wheat ciabatta baked in a wood-fired oven, a gift from a friend. After slicing it, I warmed it up in the air fryer, drizzled it with a little extra virgin olive oil we made from our own olives a few days ago, and topped it with roasted peppers and anchovy fillets. They were delicious—my family loved them. Francesca Simona NaselliTranslated from Cookpad Italy
