Pasta with Pork and Grated Daikon

As I had some leftover thin pork slices, I made it into a pasta dish with grated daikon.
The key to tasty pasta is preparing it with speed. Be as quick as you can, especially when you combine the sauce with the noodles in the frying pan at the last step. Recipe by Tomomon1028

Boil water in a large pan. Once it comes to the boil, add salt. When it comes to the boil again, start cooking the pasta. ※ Cook for 1 minute less than in the direction.
- 2
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, discard the roots of daikon radish sprouts and shimeji mushrooms, break up by hand. Grate the daikon with the skin on.

Sauté the shimeji mushrooms and pork with sesame oil in a frying pan. When the pork changes colour, pour in the sake.
- 4
Turn off the heat, lightly season with black pepper, add the grated daikon and ● seasonings. Turn the heat on once again, cook for 2-3 minutes over a low heat.
- 5
When the pasta is cooked, drain and quickly add the toppings from Step 4. Shake the frying pan to combine everything together.
- 6
Add the daikon radish sprouts, and turn off the heat, mix, and it's done. ※Taste to see if it needs more ponzu sauce.

Keep this and the saltiness of the natto in mind and continually check the taste when making this. Recipe by feritita cookpad.japan -
