I won soy sauce and I happened to have fresh chrysanthemum greens and tofu, so I thought of this recipe to bring out the deliciousness of the greens.

In Step 2 when adding the eggs, if you rotate the frying pan around, this will keep the egg from sticking. Recipe by milestone

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1half a bag Chrysanthemum greens
  2. 1/2 blockTofu
  3. 2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  4. 2 tbsp●Sake
  5. 2 tbsp●Mirin
  6. 1 tsp●Sugar
  7. 2Eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the greens into about 4 cm and the tofu into 2 cm cubes. Add to a frying pan together with the ● ingredients and boil together.

    Once the greens and tofu have cooked, mix in the beaten eggs.

  3. 3

    Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, stop the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's complete.

  4. 4

    Variations! Maitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, onion, meatballs, carrots, wheat gluten.
