I wanted to make a dessert using strained yogurt, but eating toast for lunch is good, too, right?

If you accidentally burn it in Step 2, the coffee will taste bitter, so be careful. Adjust the sweetness to your taste. If you don't like liqueur, you can use a little instant coffee instead. Recipe by John Lee Cooker

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 sliceBread (any kind)
  2. 2 tsp●Honey
  3. 1/2 tsp●Instant coffee
  4. 3 tbsp☆ Strained yogurt (mascarpone or cream cheese works too)
  5. 2 tsp☆ Honey (or sugar)
  6. 1 tsp☆ Kahlua liqueur (or rum, etc)
  7. 1Cocoa powder
  8. 1Walnuts (or other nuts)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toast the bread until crispy on one side. Mix together the ☆ ingredients.

    On the untoasted side, spread the ● ingredients with a butter knife on the surface of the bread. Toast until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.

    Next, spread the mixed ☆ ingredients on top, sprinkle cocoa powder on top, and top with your favorite nuts.
