Tacos

My family taco recipe for brunch on days off.
-You can use a bread maker for step 10! It takes about 15 minutes on "dough mode."
-Adding avacados is also delicious.
-If you like it spicy, add more tabasco sauce.
-Eat them while the tortillas are fresh. Once they cool, they would lose their flavor. Recipe by Anchamin

Pour oil into a frying pan. Fry the onions from step 1 and the garlic from step 2 until fragrant.

- 5
Add the cumin, coriander, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper to step 4 and continue to fry.

Mix steps 6 and 7, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, and mix.

- 11
Once the dough comes together, divide into 12-15 balls. Cover in plastic wrap so they don't become dry.

Roll the balls from step 11 into 15 cm diameter and 2 cm thick circles.
- 13
Fry both sides on a frying pan.
- 14
Fold the taco filling, lettuce, salsa, and cheese into the tortillas.
- 15
The taco filling, mixed cheese, and salsa sauce.
- 16
If you put them on rice, you'll have taco rice.

Tacos for Dogs Tacos for Dogs
I love making food for my dogs. I have to Chihuahua Sheltie mixes and I thought making them tacos would be really fitting. Plus they love cheese. Anyways I got to work making a dog friendly recipe for them. These are fine for humans to eat to but they might not have as much flavor as usual considering the fact that dogs can’t eat a lot of spices. When I let my dogs try these for the first time, they immediately picked them up and ran away to eat them. Keep in mind that these might be pretty messy. My dogs like to eat the meat and cheese out first. Then they will eat the lettuce and the shell. Katelyn -

You could also use whole wheat. That way the fiber helps with the fat digestion. I also used my corn salsa for a topping, you can use any toppings of your choice, but keep in mind the fat content.
