Beef and White Daikon Radish
Recipe is taken from https://omnivorescookbook.com/braised-daikon/

Korean Beef and Radish soup
If you’re looking for the perfect soup recipe to try out this Korean Beef and Radish soup is gonna be your new favorite! My husband and I eat this soup whenever we find some good quality Korean radishes at the Asian market. It’s perfectly balanced with meat and vegetables and a little bit of crisp spice from the Serrano peppers. We love to enjoy this soup with some glass noodles, fresh rice and a side of kimchi. We always have some high quality salt and black pepper on the table for whenever we enjoy this soup because the salt amount varies from person to person, for example my in laws prefer their soup less salty but my husband and I prefer more salt.So it’s a good way for each person to customize their own soup.

Stewed Kimchi with Beef and Daikon Radish
I wanted to expand my kimchi recipe repertoire, so I made this using leftover ingredients.Using well-fermented sour kimchi is best. After turning off the heat, let it si so that daikon radish soaks up the flavor.Add chili peppers and garlic if you like. Recipe by Rami-1202

Beef Hot Dogs with Radish Slaw
The bare bones of this salad/slaw recipe are in Margaret Costas' Four Seasons Cookbook. I simply adapted it to pair it up with beef sausages in a hot dog that is good for an early Spring barbecue. If you can get kosher beef hot dogs or Viennas, use them. I had to use some bangers

Korean Style Beef and Radish Seaweed Soup
Really simple beef soup full of the umami of seaweed and the delicate sweetness from radish. This recipe is a combination of miyeok guk (Seaweed Soup) and Seogogi mugok (Beef radish soup). We served it with japanese rice, kimchi and Korean green peppers.

Sweet Beef
This is the simplest recipe I know. I learned from my mother, and when I don't know what to eat and I only have beef in my refrigerator, I think this recipe is perfect.

Pickled Radish

Creamy Radish Salad
If you don't like the sharpness/spiciness of radishes all that much, then this recipe is great. By making the dressing with creme fraiche or sour cream, you get a mild, creamy yet refreshing salad :) This is a German recipe my mom and dad told me about so we remade with our garden radishes. Adjust the amount of vinegar, sugar and cream to taste.Try mixing in other herbs besides dill or a some sliced apple. Some German recipes will add 1-2 Tbsp of horseradish too but I'm not a fan.

Beef with Onion Chives
I bought one kilogram of onion chives (yes! One whole kilogram!) and decided to cook them in tasty dishes. Onion chives are hollow and they taste mild in stir-fry dishes. In Indonesia, we call it bunga bawang.

Chinese Ginger & Horseradish Beef
If you use a Dijon mustard that's heavy in horseradish, like I did, it turns out like Chinese-style sauerbraten. The sauce would also make an excellent pairing for seared tuna.

Simmered Radish

Great With Eggs or Tofu: Simmered Beef Tendon and Daikon Radish
The beef tendon broth is too delicious, and I add in various ingredients afterwards. This tastes good with konnyaku as well . In that case, rip it up by hand, and add it in .After turning off the heat, add half-boiled eggs to the broth, let it sit over night, and you will have juicy half-boiled eggs. For 4 people.
