Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupssamp
  2. Boiling water
  3. 3 tbscooking oil
  4. 3 tbssmooth peanut butter
  5. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak your samp overnight, cook it on high heat for about an hour or until soft.

    Add cooking oil and salt to taste. Simmer for about 20 - 30 minutes then add peanut butter and mix thoroughly.

    NB: Before serving, please make sure that the peanut butter is thoroughly cooked and has melted in your samp so it doesn't taste raw.

    Serve and enjoy with a stew of your choice. 😋
