Vickys French Baguettes, GF DF EF SF NF Vickys French Baguettes, GF DF EF SF NF
I'm not a huge fan of rice flour but it was all the shop had and I was forced to take it. In these bagettes it doesn't matter so much as it's not a sandwich bread and you're going to toast the slices anyway, but we thoroughly enjoyed it slathered in delicious homemade garlic butter! Note - if using a premixed flour blend such as Bobs Redmill or Doves Farm, use the total in grams of the 3 flours added together rsther than cup measurements - 708g Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

I love lemonade, especially strawberry lemonade, so I made a version where it sits in the sun to enhance the flavor. I really enjoy this beverage and I love making it for when we have company over. ChefTi -

Handmade Ramen Noodles Part 2 Handmade Ramen Noodles Part 2
I simplified.-By adding boiling water to the baking soda in Step 1, the cooking water no longer boils over when cooking the noodles.-I think this method results in noodles that are more even than the other method. Recipe by Ctsango cookpad.japan -
Irish Lamb Stew Irish Lamb Stew
This recipe is from Hubby's paternal 'Nana' (grandmother). We spoke on the phone twice before Hubby and I were wed and off to Germany. She was pure Irish, lilting accent and all. She gave me this recipe on our second phone call. I was so grateful and asked what I could give her. Her answer, a great-granddaughter! All the great-grandkids were boys and she longed for a girl. Sadly she passed away while we were in Germany... and sadder still we only have a son. I wish we could have met... I bet she would have had endless stories to tell! This has become our traditional Samhain dinner and a remembrance of Nana. This recipe is very different from others, which have carrots and potatoes. I asked Nana about the missing root veggies and she stated that it is meant to be served with Colcannon, a mashed potato and cabbage or kale dish, so didn't need them.
