Ingredients

  1. 2large eggs
  2. 1/2 cupsflour
  3. 1/2tspn of salt
  4. 1seasoning cube & mixed spices
  5. 1/4tspn of baking powder
  6. 1 tbspnOnions & red pepper pulp
  7. Medium sized onion & 1 large tomato
  8. Stiff butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl, add the pulp, mix, add water keep mixing to achieve a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Crack the eggs, add chopped onion & sliced tomato, pour the batter onto it & mix.

  3. 3

    Add the stiff butter on the pan at low flame, pour the mixture, turn the other side too.

  4. 4

    Enjoy a simple breakfast recipe.
