Avocado Salad Stuffed with Tofu

Someone gave me a ton of avocados, so I came up with this recipe.

When using only half an avocado, the cut surface of the other half will discolor over time. When storing half an avocado, brush on lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
This recipe is generously seasoned. If you prefer a milder taste, either reduce the amount of soy sauce or increase the amount of tofu. Recipe by Mokobu- mama

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 2to 3 tablespoons ◎ Silken tofu
  3. 1 tbsp◎ Black sesame seeds
  4. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1/2to 1 teaspoon ◎ Soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp◎ Dashi stock granules

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the avocado lengthwise in half and remove the pit.

  2. 2

    Combine the black sesame seeds and ◎ ingredients with the tofu, mixing until evenly combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the avocado with the tofu mixture.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a serving dish and serve with a spoon.
