Holsum is the best vegetable oil to fry your samp, try it. Still available at your local grocery stores.
Cooking Instructions

Soak samp & beans overnight to remove bacteria from the samp. Rinse thoroughly & boil. The soaking process also make it cook faster. Boil for 2-3 hours, add salt & water gradually as it boils. When stirring use wooden spoon so samp doesn't burn at the bottom of the pot.

The best samp is made with Holsum. It’s still very much available in your local grocery store

Fry your chopped onion & green peppers then add your spices. fry on medium heat.

Mix together very well.

You can go a little further & add coffee creamer of your choice. Enjoy!!!

Mums chicken winged fetuccine
This is my moms fetuccine chicken wings. Yes it may not be full blown italian, but it is delicious and a family favourite. I've cooked it many times and its important for you to follow your own instincts as our preferences may be different from yours (my father refuses to eat this due to the butter, milk, etc etc). There is an alternative to the use of evaporated milk, which would require you to trust your instincts and in a sense make the sauce according to your taste. Chilli can be added as well as cheese to garnish. Also instead of fetuccine pasta you can alternatively use penne or spirals which can be added cooked into the pot to soak up the sauce well.
