Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbean
  2. Tomato, Scotchbonnet & onions
  3. Mixed spices & curry
  4. Seasoning & salt
  5. Fresh grinded garlic
  6. Crayfish powder
  7. Parsley
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sort & wash the beans, add hot water & 1/2tspn of salt to cook it until soft, add grated tomato & scotchbonnet, add the mixed spices, seasoning cubes, curry, powdered crayfish & sliced onions. Close & allow it for 5mins.

    Add the washed parsley, lower the flame for 2mins & then off it. I served mine with white rice, join me 🍽️🥰
