Cooking Instructions

Add flour and other ingredients except sausage and form a smooth elastic dough, cover and allow rest for 10-15 min

Flour surface and roll your dough, cut into portions and trim to allow sausage fit in. Place 1 sausage and roll up. Press firm the edge with your finger and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Note, make sure the pressed edge is placed at the bottom of your tray to prevent unfolding

Egg wash your bars and bake on medium heat for 25 - 30 min...
