Ingredients

  1. 150 gsamp and beans mix
  2. 300 mlwater for cooking, extra water for rinsing and soaking
  3. 5 gsalt
  4. 100 mlmilk
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 1 tbspcream of mushroom soup
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and drain samp and beans.

    Cover samp and beans with cold water and leave to stand over night.

  3. 3

    Drain the samp and beans.

  4. 4

    Bring water and salt to boil in a pot and add the samp and beans.

  5. 5

    Let it boil and and cover with lid.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat and let simmer for 90minutes.

  7. 7

    In a clean pot, melt the butter, add the milk and cream of mushroom soup.

  8. 8

    Add the samp and beans to the mixture and simmer for 5minutes.

  9. 9

    Season and serve.
