Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 1 tinsweet corn
  3. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  4. 5fresh pepper
  5. 1large onion
  6. 2 tbspblended crayfish
  7. Salt to taste
  8. dry fish washed
  9. big dry prawns
  10. 2bouillon cube

Cooking Instructions

    Parboiled beans and once it’s soft, remove from heat and drain water, then set aside. Blend onion and pepper and set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan, add palm oil and once it’s hot, add blended mix, crayfish, dry prawns, dry fish and stir;

  3. 3

    Add salt and bouillon cube after 3 mins then add your beans and sweet corn; mix everything together and place on low heat

  4. 4

    After 5 mins turn off heat and serve
