This is my second dish for the night. Quick and easy buzzer beater recipe. Just in time for the New Year's Eve. Another recipe taught by one of my master chefs! Another delicious meal!

Great for pasta dish :)

This is basically only made with flour, but has a lot of eggs for a chewy texture! Children also have fun making these noodles. It takes some work, but it's definitely worth it! You can also mix these noodles with a shrimp wine sauce, grilled chicken, etc.Knead well until the dough becomes elastic. The amount of flour used when rolling out the dough is really important. If you leave the dough overnight, take it out of the refrigerator early so that it can return to room temperature before rolling it out. Recipe by Jay to Gon

I found a pasta style called Maltagliati. And I haven't had pesto pasta before. So I decided to make this. I will add images next time I make this.

Because the basil was abundant outside and the fall is approaching, it was time to make pesto and pasta for that matter.

I started making this recipe to use up the large amount of basil that I picked from my garden! It was more delicious than any store bought sauce.
