Lunchbox Treasure! Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise Dressing Lunchbox Treasure! Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise Dressing
I tried dressing chicken breast meat, which we always seem to have, with my family's sweet mayonnaise dressing that we usually reserve for prawns.Make sure that the meat has cooled before applying the dressing, or the dressing will melt! This dressing is quite sweet so feel free to adjust the amount of sugar used. Plenty of pepper will help give the dressing a bit of a kick. This is a very flavourful dressing which would also go well with vegetables such as lettuce, broccoli, onion and mushroom.
