Awesome Stir-Fried Noodles with Ginger, Garlic and Soy Sauce

I thought the seasonings for the dish, "Goes well with Rice: Pork and Vegetable stir-fry" would also work great for stir-fried noodles. It was a success!
The key is to cook the noodles over high even after adding the vegetables.
Cabbages, bean sprouts and/or scallions also go well with this dish. Add what you'd like! Recipe by To-mi mama
