Deep-fried Flounder Fish Made in a Frying Pan

This recipe shows how to cook flounder fish in a frying pan without it turning soggy.
If the fillets have cooked through by Step 4, they will fry to a crisp in Step 5.
You can also fry the fillets separately. Make sure you add more oil before frying the second one. Recipe by Karupinetto
Cooking Instructions

Season the fillets with salt and pepper and coat with katakuriko.

Pour the oil into a heated frying pan and fry the fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Turn them over, making sure they don't break up, and fry for another 2 minutes.
- 4
Turn down the heat to low, and fry each side for another 2 minutes.
- 5
Turn up the heat again to medium, and fry both sides until crispy.

But if you make it in a frying pan along with the other ingredients, it's easy ♪- Basic bechamel (white) sauce is made with flour, butter and milk in a 1:1:10 ratio.
