Ingredients

  1. 3-4Fish (any type boneless or with bone)
  2. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspHung curd
  7. 1 tspbesan (optional)
  8. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish nicely. Drain off the water.

  2. 2

    Now marinate fish in all the ingredients mentioned above.

  3. 3

    Take oil in Kadhai, either deep fry these fish or you can shallow fry them.

  4. 4

    You can also air fry your fishes.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy with onions and green chutney.
