Yakitori made in a Frying Pan

I wanted to eat yakitori with alcohol! I had chicken thighs in the fridge so I made this on a whim. The clean-up after using the grill is a pain, so I made it easily in the frying pan and it worked.

The key is cutting the chicken in even pieces, so that they cook through evenly. Recipe by Puririnchan
