5 Minutes! Plump Ginger Pork in Sauce

My family loves shogayaki (ginger pork), so I thought of a recipe that could be made quickly and would stay soft and delicious even when chilled.
Dust the pork with a thin coating of cake flour, which will help the sauce coat the meat better.
Avoid moving the meat around too much after adding to the frying pan. Recipe by Kobutaraifu

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the ★ ingredients. Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the pork, then cover with a thin coating of cake flour.
- 2
Add the oil to a frying pan heated on medium heat, then add the pork. Once one side has browned, flip to lightly brown both sides.
- 3
Pour the ★ sauce over the meat and shake the pan to mix the sauce with the meat. Do this step quickly and be careful not to burn it. It's ready!
- 4
It's still soft even when eaten cold, and goes well with rice, so I recommend this as a bento lunch box item.

You can easily make this with thing readily available in the house. The flour wrapped around the meat holds in the flavors so it fits perfectly with rice.I also highly suggest putting the meat over rice and serving it as a donburi style dish. The thinly sliced meat can be thigh or shoulder meat. If you have some room in your wallet, sirloin meat is really good. When cooking, use a little bit of extra oil since the powder soaks in some of the oil.Simmer the sauce to your liking. I personally like putting the sauce on my rice, so leave a little bit extra. For 4 servings. Recipe by sachie mama cookpad.japan -
Done in 15 Minutes! Crunchy Pork and Eggplant with Sweet-Salty Sauce Done in 15 Minutes! Crunchy Pork and Eggplant with Sweet-Salty Sauce
I didn't have a lot of ingredients on hand, so I just pan fried what I had until crispy-crunchy and added some other things to make the dish look more voluminous (and to fool everyone). The crispy texture combined with the sauce is terrific! You can dust the pork and eggplant with the katakuriko potato starch flour through a tea strainer, toss in a bowl, or coat in a plastic bag. Just shake off any excess starch before frying (or it will absorb too much oil). For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by HaradaKiTN cookpad.japan -

Ginger Pork and Firm Tofu with Oyster Sauce Ginger Pork and Firm Tofu with Oyster Sauce
Today the gentleman known as my husband didn't need dinner, so I had dinner alone. So I thought I'd make dinner with whatever's in the house. This is the result of what I thought of with limited ingredients.Adjust the cooking time of pork depending on the thickness of the slices. I made it with thinly sliced shoulder roast. It will taste much batter if you fry the meat until it becomes crispy. It had been a while since I'd made such a satisfying meal just for me. This is a recipe I've been making for a long time. It's a firm family favorite. If you want to make a lot, cut the pork up into 200 to 300 g pieces and cook them all at once. If you're worried that a piece of pork didn't cook through properly, cut it in the middle after you're done. If it looks raw, heat through again. It won't affect the flavor. For 2 servings. Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce Stir-Fried Pork and Onion with Ginger and Ponzu Sauce
My husband absolutely loves ponzu sauce. His golden rule is that [ponzu × ginger = refreshingly delicious]. So, I borrowed his "almighty combination" to put this recipe together.-Please adjust the amount of ponzu sauce and ginger to your liking.-Add more onion to make it more filling.-I add mushrooms or other vegetables when I don't have lots of pork or when I'm cutting down on expenses.-Mincing the ginger makes it more spicy. This will certainly suit grown ups. For 1 small serving for a bento. Recipe by Marrietty cookpad.japan
