Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbean flour
  2. 4scotchbonnet & 1 large onion
  3. 1large egg
  4. 1tspn of salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & slice the onion & scotchbonnet, add water & blend, add the beans flour, pour in a bowl & suspend the egg & whisk, add the salt. Mix well for like 5mins.

    Allow the oil to get hot, suspend the batter at different portion & fry, turn the other side & enjoy.
