Cooking Instructions

Put the ingredients marked ● in a plastic bag, and rub the marinade into the beef. Rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Combine the ingredients marked ☆ in a bowl.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook the ● beef and marinade. When the meat is almost cooked, wipe off the excess oil in the pan with a paper towel briefly. Add the ingredients marked ☆, and cook until the beef is coated with the sauce. Serve on a plate.
