Cooking Instructions

Paneer crumbled with hands or grate. Take a non-stick pan add paneer malai & sugar mix it very well. Now on the flame & put the pan on low flame.

Stir it continues. The sugar melts & the material goes to semi liquid but stir it counties.
Now add chopped dry fruits & 2 pinch of elaichi powder. - 3
Slowly slowly the mixture become thick now add milk powder. After 2 min off the flame & leave the mixture for cool.

At that time we make ladoo, put it on butter paper. Take a thick paste of food colour & tip on thr head of ladoo. Garnish with saffron threads. Keep it for half an hour in refrejater.

Ladoos are ready. (if we over cooked mixture it will be dry) please full attention on the material. Super soft delicious & fresh sweet is ready for Diwali festival.
