I usually buy a container of this type of bread but I figured I would give it a go and try to make them myself and this is how they turned out they are a hundred times better than store bought.

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take yeast mix it with sugar added to the warm water stir and set aside till foamy.

Mix in egg, yogurt, butter, evoo

Add salt mix in flour adding a cup at a time slowly till it forms a soft dough.

On a floured surface need into a ball

Play still on a lightly greased Bowl cover and set aside until it doubles in size.

Remove double size dough cut in to. 8 pieces flaten in to a round disk doesnt have to be perfect

Cookie Circle for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Cook for an extra 2 minutes

Brush tops with melted butter and parsley
