Ingredients

30 mins
  1. Salt, Chilli
  2. 2 clovesGinger
  3. Small chunk of Garlic
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 tbspLight Soy Sauce
  6. 1 tbspOyster Sauce
  7. 2 tbspChinese Cooking Wine (I used Regular Cooking Wine since I didn't have any Chinese Cooking Wine)
  8. (Optional) Chicken Broth
  9. Baby Bok Choy
  10. Ground Pork
  11. Ideally fresh noodle, otherwise normal noodle is fine

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Dice the ginger, garlic and chilli

  2. 2

    Heat up pan and put the ginger and garlic into it

  3. 3

    Put the meat into the pan and cook until it's not pink anymore

  4. 4

    Put the chilli into the pan

  5. 5

    Put 2 tbsp into the pan

  6. 6

    Put 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce and 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce into the pan

  7. 7

    Stir around then add a quarter cup of water into the pan and cook for a bit

  8. 8

    Put the meat along with the sauce into a plate

  9. 9

    Pour water (can add some chicken broth) into the pan
    * MAKE SURE to NOT wash the pan

  10. 10

    Once water is boiled, put noodle into the pan along with the egg

  11. 11

    Wash the bok choy and put them into the pan when the noodle and egg are almost cooked
