Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 poundground lamb
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped shallots
  3. 3 tablespoonspine nuts
  4. 1/4 cupsun-dried tomatoes
  5. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  6. 6-8 clovesgarlic minced
  7. 1/4 cupcrumbled feta cheese
  8. 2 1/2 tablespoonsHomemade Greek Seasoning
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  10. Extra crumbled feta cheese for topping
  11. Sliced tomatoes for topping
  12. Sliced onion for topping
  13. Hamburger buns or pita pockets
  14. Tzatziki sauce for topping
  15. Spinach leaves for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Red onion, parsley, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese, salt and Greek seasoning in food processor

    Combine ingredients in food processor with meat in large bowl and combine thoroughly

  3. 3

    Form into 4 patties

    Grill or pan fry over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or according to desired doneness

  5. 5

    Arrange some spinach leaves on the bottoms of each hamburger bun/pita pocket and place the patties on top. Top with tomatoes, onions, tzatziki sauce, and crumbled feta cheese. Place the top bun on each burger and serve immediately with extra tzatziki sauce
