Ingredients

  1. Protein of choice chicken,beef,goat,ponmo,beef, etc
  2. Onions
  3. Maggi
  4. Thyme
  5. Curry
  6. Black pepper
  7. Tomatoes 🍅
  8. Tattasai
  9. Attaruhu atatodo scotch bonnet
  10. Gyadar miya
  11. leavesSpinach
  12. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil your meat

    To boil the meat, put meat in a pot, add water onions Maggi thyme Curry and black pepper.

    Allow to cook till soft

    For the soup, blend the tomatoes tattasai attaruhu and onions till soft.

  5. 5

    Pour the pepper mix in a pot and allow the water to evaporate

  6. 6

    Add oil to it and fry then add in the meat and the stock

  7. 7

    Add water and season with spices listed on top apart from thyme.

    Add grinded gyadar miya and allow to cook

    Lastly add in the spinach and turn off the heat.

    Dont open the pot. Allow to steam. Your miyar taushe is done.

  11. 11

    Serve with tuwo or masa
