Ingredients

  1. 10 pcswings
  2. 2star anise
  3. 5 slicesginger
  4. 3rock sugar
  5. 5shallots
  6. 2tbso cooking wine
  7. 1tso dark soy sauce
  8. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  9. Some peppercorns
  10. 1 tspcooking oil
  11. Halfcup water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat pan and fry wings with ginger.Let it brown

  2. 2

    In a pot combine the other ingredients and let it boil.

  3. 3

    Add wings and simmer until sauce reduce and thickens.
