This reminds me of my schooldays back in FGC sokoto some 30 years ago those were the good old days. This recipe is dedicated to all y school mates . One love #gargajiya #fgcs
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak kanzo in tap water not hot or cold soaked kanzo is more delicious than cooked
- 2
Now cut tomatoes onion and scotch bonnet into small cubes or squares
- 3
Squeeze out water from the kanzo with your hand or colander (hand is better)
- 4
Now mix everything with your hands or fork as usual hand is better 😁
Now enjoy with school mates to bring on back memories 🥰🤗

They were the best I ever had. It was a family secret recipe but since I saved them they shared it with me.
