When you here suya the first thing that comes to your mind is MEAT SUYA 😀 not until dew years back my kids started talking about suya the insisted i try it but i refused simply because i did not trust the hygiene so i told them to ask the seller for a recipe so we can recreate at home. Guess what he refused may be he taught we are stealing his market 🤣🤣 Any ways to cut the story short Cookpad Family came to the rescue with the help of @ummuwalie and @ummuzahra i tried it well i would say… try it and let me know how yours tasted

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscassava flour
  2. 10Scotch bonnet
  3. 1large onion
  4. Garlic (optional)
  5. Seasoning
  6. Ajino moto
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 3eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend or grind scotchbonnet onion and garlic add to seived cassava flour mix well with seasoning and spices

  2. 2

    Make into small round shapes and coat with the cassava flour

    Break egg in a separate bowl whisk and add your balls

  3. 3

    Do not pick just pour everything with the egg and stir gently on a very low heat

  4. 4

    Your suya is ready and enjoyed as evening snack just like awara 😉
