    Soak rice nudad dal in vessal for overnight then grains in mixi jar with curd n keep aside for fermat

    Now add water in steamer n put on the gas Grease plate or idli plate
    Add salt in idli better then add 1tsp oil pinch baking soda n 1tsp hot water on bk soda n mix very well until better becomes smooth n flippy transfer into idli plate n n put in steamer for 8 to 10 mini n

    Now idli is ready to serve transfer into plate serve with sambhar n coconut chatny
