Pad Thai Shrimp Wrapped in Egg with Tamarind Sauce Pad Thai Shrimp Wrapped in Egg with Tamarind Sauce
This recipe came about because I was too lazy to drive out and get something to eat, so I made this simple version at home—and it actually turned out tastier than the Pad Thai from several local places! It’s not greasy, and you can enjoy it without feeling heavy. I didn’t have any vegetables on hand, but feel free to add some if you have them. นรินตายา เอกมงคลชัยTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
Meatball Soup with an Egg-Lemon Sauce (Giouvarelakia me Augolemono) Meatball Soup with an Egg-Lemon Sauce (Giouvarelakia me Augolemono)
My mom asked me yesterday what I was thinking of posting for my next recipe this week, I had decided that I was going to make Giouvarelakia – Greek Meatball Soup. We had taken out all the ingredients, set them on the counter, but before I could start cooking I had a few things to do. When I finally went to the kitchen, to my surprise my mom went ahead and did everything from combining the ingredients to cooking the soup.. So, this means I have no other pictures than the featured image to show how this is prepared. I do apologise. 🙂This is a lovely, warm winter soup that combines beef, rice, dill and many more ingredients, that will satisfy that hungry feeling when your coming in from the cold. It has been rather cold here and what else better to eat than soups. 🙂 This one though is different because it also has that tasty addition of lemon juice which just gives each spoonful a WOW taste. (I was going to write a WOW factor but I think that would be a bit too much) hahahaI hope you enjoy this lovely soup recipe 😉 Foodzesty -

Baked Creamy Egg Hayashi Rice Using Leftover Hayashi Sauce Baked Creamy Egg Hayashi Rice Using Leftover Hayashi Sauce
I copied the famous baked curry from Mojikou in Fukoka prefecture. I happened to have leftover Hayashi rice and my husband was out for drinks that night, so I came up with this recipe to have an easy dinner with my daughter. If there's too much Hayashi sauce it gets too watery so use rice to adjust the consistency.Be careful not to burn yourself when taking the the container from the oven. When baking in the oven, bake at 250℃. I had dinner at an Italian restaurant last night with friends and it was delicious, so I wanted to make some fresh pasta for my son. I had just received some fresh tomatoes as a gift, and I thought they'd be perfect in a sauce, and so I made this meat sauce. My son happily ate it up.Knead the pasta dough well. It's best to let the pasta dough rest.Drain off the moisture from the ripe tomatoes before cooking the sauce. Korean Kimchi from the Source Korean Kimchi from the Source
Just when I was thinking "I want to make my own authentic kimchi!" I had a chance to learn how to do so from a Korean friend. Since then, I've been experimenting and researching the method (while receiving feedback) to come up with this recipe. The salt-preserving and draining stages for the Chinese cabbage are important!Make sure to protect your hands with gloves when handling the red chili pepper! The ingredient amounts are simply guidelines. They will vary depending on the size of the cabbage and how salty it is, so adjust as you go. Recipe by yonayuna cookpad.japan
