Fall-Colored Persimmon Cake Fall-Colored Persimmon Cake
I received a lot of persimmons, so I came up with my own recipe for a cake. The baking time may vary depending on the oven, so test with a wooden skewer or toothpick to see whether your cake is done or not. You can also use muffin tins, a round cake mold, or a pound cake mold. You can also use margarine, but I recommend butter. Recipe by nathu. cookpad.japan -

Moist and Fluffy Sponge Cake (Genoise Sponge Cake) Moist and Fluffy Sponge Cake (Genoise Sponge Cake)
I had a long history of messing up sponge cakes. In Step 4, if the bain-marie cools down, make sure to bring it back to approximately 60℃. You shouldn't mix too much in Step 10, but if you don't mix it just right, the batter will sink. You could use regular A4 sized printing paper instead of parchment paper. Fluffy*Chiffon Cake Fluffy*Chiffon Cake
I completed my own recipe after many trials.I've showed the process step by step so have a try!If your hand mixer has only one whisk beat the egg whites first. When you beat the egg yolks next you don't have to wash the mixer. Even a speck of egg yolk will minimise the volume of beaten egg whites. Egg whites in the egg yolks doesn't affect the meringue, though.Use granulated sugar for creating a gentle sweetness. Recipe by Mme*Pierre cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix
I made this for my daughter who has an egg allergy. I think this cake is the closest to a normal sponge cake so far. I baked it the day before, and decorated it the day after, but the cake was still nice and soft. But, since it's so soft, and it may break when you slice in half, so be careful.Just mix. It gets too hot on the middle rack in our oven, so I bake it on the lower rack. But I think this may differ depending on your oven, so just take that as a reference. Bake for longer if needed.
