Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1 1/2tbsspoon baking powder
  3. 1/4tbspoon salt
  4. 1/2 cupmargarine
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 2large eggs
  7. 1/2 cupbutter milk
  8. Cherry's
  9. Parchment paper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 170 degree

  2. 2

    Coat baking tin with margarine and dust with flour and put a parchment below

  3. 3

    Sift the flour baking powder and salt in a bowl

  4. 4

    Beat margarine and sugar with a hand mixer slowly Add the eggs one at a time

  5. 5

    Add the cherrys

  6. 6

    Fold the flour mixture into the margarine mixture slowly to get a consistency

  7. 7

    Pour into the prepared baking tin and put into the oven baking for 30-35 minutes

  8. 8

    Insert a wooden skewer in the center and it comes out clean

  9. 9

    Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rank
