Rice Flour Crepe Suzette Rice Flour Crepe Suzette
Crepe Suzette is very classic French dessert made by various recipes. This is my original "Under COVID-19 quarantine version", no use of wheat flour (as sometimes I have to struggle to find it) and low calorie (cause I'm getting weight due to the lack of exercise!) Rice flour does not contain gluten, so this crepe is easy to be teared. Please cook carefully. #eikoskitchen Eiko -
Mille Crepe Cake Mille Crepe Cake
Ah, yes, the mille crepe. Another notoriously expensive to buy and time-consuming to make, but unbelievably delicious French dessert. The mille crepe is not as complicated as the macaron, but unlike the macaron, it's not a let's-make-this-for-breakfast-tommorrow project, but rather a I-need-something-for-next-week's-fancy-potluck kind of cake. Crepe Crepe
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioCrepes are like pancakes but much thinner and lighter in texture. You can get creative with crepes. You can serve it sweet or savory. But I prefer my crepe filling sweet especially with fresh fruits. When we traveled to Japan, we went to Harajuku and it was crepe heaven! There crepes are not just pretty but they were delicious! Believe it or not, I finished 3 crepes. Strawberry, banana and creme brulee. It was so good. Here in Cebu, everytime we go to SM, we usually stop by crazy crepes. Thats how i love these simple but delicious dessert. Albee Charis Ponio -

Simple & Delicious Crepe Batter Simple & Delicious Crepe Batter
This is a crepe batter that I really like and have been making for a long time.Once the crepe has been flipped, just cook it for a short time so that it doesn't burn. If you plan to fill the crepes with sweet ingredients, they'll taste better if you increase the amount of sugar in the batter. If you are using a non-stick pan you shouldn't have to use too much oil (at least if nothing is sticking). Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Savory Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Filling Savory Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Filling
I used the "One Man Crepe" recipe (that you can find on here, thanks again Felice!), with a twist. This savory crepe has mushrooms and chicken in a simple cream sauce (medium white sauce). Both the crepe and the sauce is so versatile......change the flavors, to suit your taste and likes. Sheila Calnan -
Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries
I wanted to eat a roll cake, but using the oven was too much of a bother...so I thought this up. I used "mille-feuille crepes" (multi-layered crepe cakes) as my inspiration. I made the crepes in a square tamagoyaki (omelet) pan the crepes were all the same shape and easy to roll up!The cream will ooze out from the edges if it is too liquid when you roll the crepes up, but if you whip it properly it's easier to roll. Alternatively, instead of rolling up each crepe, try stacking up all the crepes first and then roll them all together in one go. This produces a neater roll.Use any leftover crepe batter or filling to eat as regular crepes! Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
Delicious Crepe Batter Delicious Crepe Batter
I've loved crepes since I was little. I researched the ingredient combinations, the way of mixing the batter and the way to get a nice crepe pattern, to make what I think is the ideal crepe. If you mix the ingredients in order with a whisk, you won't need to sift the flour to get a smooth batter. Once the oil starts to disappear, the pattern won't be so pretty, so add more oil after cooking the 2nd/3rd crepe. Recipe by Tomusuke cookpad.japan
