  1. 2 tbspMelted butter
  2. 2Eggs - room temperature
  3. 1 cupMilk - Cold
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 2/3 cupall-purpose flour
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 1/2 tspPowder sugar
  8. 2 tspCappuccino powder
  9. 1vanilla ice cream
  10. 1 tbspNutella
  11. 1 tbspHazelnut butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all liquid ingredients; milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract for 5 minutes.

    Add the dry ingredients; flour, salt, sugar and cappuccino mix until the batter have no lumps, it's perfect when it covers your spoon with a smooth silky layer.

    Put in the fridge for an hour minimum.

  4. 4

    Heat your pan wipe with butter and pour a small amount of the batter not too thick.

  5. 5

    Wait until it's brown and flip it should take 3-5 minutes for each side.

  6. 6

    Remove from pan, (optional) put in between each crepe a sheet of wax paper so it can stay fresh and ready to for next day.

    Add the hazelnut butter and roll it, drizzle Nutella on top and a dash of cappuccino powder serve with ice cream. You'll love it 😍
