Ingredients

  1. 1 kilogramswhite rice(tuwo rice)
  2. 1 litrevegetable oil
  3. 3Tbsp yeast
  4. 20pieces Tomatoes
  5. 10 pieces tattashe/attarodo
  6. 1cup grinded egusi
  7. 1cup palm oil
  8. 4 large bulb onions
  9. 6Tbsp salt1
  10. 11/2 cup sugar
  11. 3 eggs(optional)
  12. 1 bulb garlic
  13. 1 tbsp ginger
  14. Local spinach/ ugu
  15. 1/2cup crayfish
  16. Seasoning (suite Yr taste)
  17. Meat,stock fish,kpomo

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and separate stones in rice,boil 1/2cup of same rice pour into raw rice add yeast and mill into fine paste.pour sugar(optional)and egg (optional)

    In a non-stick pan lightly spray veg oil and pour rice mill on low heat,cover and let it shimmer for 3mins till holes forms.

    Miyan taushen mama
    Grind tomatoes, attarodo,tattashe,onions,garlic and ginger into fine paste and keep aside.

    In a large pot make a stock of all protein combined and keep aside.

    Grind egusi and crayfish into powdered form set aside.

    In a soup pot pour red oil let it heat for 1min and fry meat,let it fry for 2 minutes.

    Add Tomatoes/pepper and fry for 5mins,then add protein stock let it cook for 20mins.

    Pour seasoning and salt to taste and add egusi with crayfish and let shimmer for 20mins.

    Add washed and chopped leaf let it cook for 2mins and its ready.
