Ingredients

  1. Sliced Fluted Pumpkin Leaves 1kg
  2. 200 gShredded Okra
  3. Ground Crayfish 2Cksp
  4. Beef1.5)kg
  5. Stock Fish
  6. Ponmo(soft)
  7. Seeded Locust Beans 1Cksp
  8. Palm Oil 3Cksp
  9. Seasoning Cubes 3
  10. 2 tbsPepper
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. For marination
  13. Onions
  14. Seasoning Cubes 2
  15. 1 tspCurry Gold Powder
  16. 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef and stockfish well,scrub in and out of Ponmo,wash well(separately)drain. season and marinate together for 1 hour,cook with 3 Cups of water on medium heat for 10mins

    Now,top up water,as desired for soup consistency

    Add Palm oil, Crayfish, pepper,seasoning,pick and rinse locust beans before adding,bring by to boil

  4. 4

    Add okra,stir in,Please don't cover the pot anymore so that,you get full nutrients and okra does not spill over (on med heat)

    Now add, fluted pumpkin,stir in,taste to adjust with lil salt,once it boils,Please remove from heat,so the ingredients don't die 😃

    Enjoy with morsel of choice
