Ingredients

30-40 min
8 mini loaves
  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. About 1 teaspoon of salt (pink, himalayan, Mediterranean)
  4. 8 tablespoonbutter softened
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1whole egg
  7. Large splash of vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 cupsour cream
  9. 2 cupwhole cranberries
  10. Have oven preheated to 350F
  11. Cranberry sauce
  12. Rest of the unused cranberries
  13. Just enough for the cranberries to float
  14. Large splash of maple syrup
  15. 1 Tablespoonbuckwheat honey
  16. Orange peel(zest too)
  17. 2 slicesorange

Cooking Instructions

    Have the butter softened or partially melted combine with an egg, vanilla extract, and
    sugar until well incorporated.

    Combine flour, salt, baking powder into the wet mixture just created.

  3. 3

    When the mixture is crumbly add the sour cream and mix until creamy dough forms.

  4. 4

    Dump in the cranberries, and mix it couple times to evenly distribute throughout the dough

  5. 5

    Melt tablespoon of butter to coat the pan, to prevent the loaves from sticking

  6. 6

    Place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top for presentation.

    Bring water, cranberries and syrup to a rolling boil for about 5 to 10 minutes. After all the cranberries have popped turn the heat down to medium until it thickens. Add honey to taste while hot
