Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 tbsoat
  2. Halfcup water
  3. 1/2 cuppeanut
  4. Honey
  5. 1medium size banana

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Sock the 3 tablespoon of oat with half cup of water for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    In a blender, add in the soaked oat,peanut,honey,banana and blend into the consistency you want

  3. 3

    You can refrigerate it for 30 minutes or just freeze your banana b4 using it, so it will be cold while taking it....you can still take it like that.....

  4. 4

    Add the remaining peanut for topping
