    Wash and Chop the veggies, then add oil to a pot and fry the oinion, then add in the bay leaf, and peppers, let fry for 2minutes

    Add moderate water and add in your seasoning cover the lid and bring to a boil.

    When it started boiling, add the parboiled rice and stire well. Cover the lid and keep the heat on a medium setting.

    Soak the saffron in a warm water, and keep aside.

    After 10mins you add in the carrots,and kidney,Soaked saffron and stir careful not to over stir.

    Cover the pot and continue cooking until is cooked completely with no water.

    Serve and enjoy 😋
    You can garnish with plantains and pan meat.
