Easy and Delicious! Instant Iced Cafe au Lait

An award-winning bartender once taught me how to make a delicious whisky and soda. I applied the same techniques to a cafe au lait made with instant coffee, and it was really tasty.
The key is to mix the ice until the glass becomes cold. If you occasionally shake the glass so the coffee touches the ice, it will chill more quickly. Recipe by 239

So I dissolved one of the candies in my coffee and it worked beautifully! It's lightly sweet with just enough mint flavor to spice up your morning coffee. It can be made ahead of time and chilled to enjoy in the afternoon too, or for the next morning to warm up again. Enjoy! Christina T -
