I've known for a long time how good this tastes! ^^

None in particular, but if you don't have much time to boil the ingredients, it's OK to use less water. Recipe by meguJJ

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Onion
  2. 1/2Carrot
  3. 200 gramsGround meat (mixture of beef and pork)
  4. 2blocks Ready-made curry roux
  5. 2 tbspKetchup
  6. 1 tbspButter (Margarine)
  7. 1Salt and pepper
  8. 1to 2 tablespoons Chicken soup stock granules (Consomme is OK too)
  9. 170 mlWater
  10. 1Ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Finely mince the vegetables. Put butter in a frying pan and fry the vegetables. Fry the meat in the pan.

  2. 2

When the meat has browned, add curry roux, ketchup, soup stock, water, and ginger. Boil until the water has evaporated.

  3. 3

Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

I don't use garlic because my children don't like it, but feel free to use it if you want.

  5. 5

I garnished with okra, and also used eggplant and shimeji mushrooms. I also used ginger and garlic, which gave a nice aroma!
