Cooking Instructions

Cook your rice with turmeric,1/2 tsp salt until 95% done.Cook the rice with the broth you make from cooking the liver and tripe which is explained below

Add diced tripe and liver into a washed pot,add curry,1 satchet of curry and thyme, minced garlic,Cloves,ginger and black pepper mixed, season cups and diced onion,add a little water.Cook until done and keep the broth aside.

Add oil in a pan and diced onion,fry until translucent add blended scotch bonnet and fry.

Add in cooked diced tripe and liver,adjust seasoning taste, add curry 1 satchet.Mix

Add your cook rice and mixed allow to cook for some time you can add a little bit water from the remaining broth just some table spoons.cook and set aside

Salad : Mixed the above ingredients provided for salad,add milk and mayyo and mix.

This can be eating as lunch with a cold drink.Enjoy
