Fluffy Chocolate Cake with Tofu

I tried many desserts with tofu, and I settled on this recipe.
If you draw a line with a spatula in the middle during Step 3, when it's baked, the middle will crack nicely. Recipe by Yacchi-san

Fluffy Strawberry and Chocolate Cake Fluffy Strawberry and Chocolate Cake
I wrote this to remember how to make a light mousse that isn't overpowering. Adding strawberries makes it a great cake with a tart taste.I used gelatin that took 100 ml of water to 2 g of gelatin. Using this kind, the strawberry mousse takes 1 g, chocolate mousse takes 3.2 g, and the glacage takes 2.8 g.I used a lot of gelatin in the glacage to make it no-fail. (So, there's probably going to be some leftover in the container.)You can use frozen or fresh strawberries. For 1 15 cm [5.9 in] diameter, 5 cm tall circular mold. Recipe by flan* cookpad.japan -

Don't let the V word scare you. This cake qualifies as something I like to call 'accidentally Vegan'. This is an adaptation of another recipe, with edits made to taste.Zylvyn

Okara & Tofu Kanten Chocolate Cake for Dieters Okara & Tofu Kanten Chocolate Cake for Dieters
I wanted to make an okara snack for myself that didn't use eggs. I took a recipe for an oil-free, okara chocolate dessert that uses agar from user "healthy" for inspiration, and from user "Kinari", I got a tip on using a food processor to make it smooth.Just blend it all together in a food processor--very simple! Use the tofu as-is without draining. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. I use 30 g, which makes it mildly sweet. Recipe by CAFE703 cookpad.japan -
Kanten Tofu Chocolate Cakes for Dieters Kanten Tofu Chocolate Cakes for Dieters
I encountered a baked kanten cake that was featured in the cookbook "Sai Sai Sweets" by Ms. Yumiko Kanou and I came up with my own version. Ms. Kanou is a specialist who makes sweets with vegetables and without eggs, dairy or sugar. This recipe uses sugar, though (I cheated!).This is easy, as all you need to do is mixing the ingredients in a blender or food processor. When you chill them, surprise! they set properly.Adjust the amount of sugar to taste!I used PBT muffin cups. These cups are easy to remove when chilled in the fridge. Recipe by CAFE703 cookpad.japan -

Okara and Tofu Chocolate Cake Balls Okara and Tofu Chocolate Cake Balls
I wanted to eat some chocolate quickly, so I mixed it with some okara from my refrigerator, and I added tofu as well to make a chewy treat!Microwave to your desired texture. The hardness is a little different depending on the time, but it's good whether you cook it for 3 or 5 minutes! (Note) If you do a test run with just one ball, you can check how far you can steam it without it burning. The amounts are approximate, so you can use a little more or less of the ingredients. The ratio of okara to tofu to chocolate should be 1 : 1 : 1 for a chewy texture. Recipe by Rinkachan cookpad.japan -

Easy Chocolate Cake Easy Chocolate Cake
I've been making this chocolate cake for a while now and it's become our family favorite. If you wish to reduce its sweetness, try making it with dark chocolate. You can also combine the chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl and microwave to melt.Step 3: You can also use a whisk.Step 3: Take care not to whip too much as the chocolate cream will be too stiff. I used a chocolate bar, but use baking chocolate (couverture) for a glossy finish. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
